The Goal Tender Goal Setting for Results

Research shows that less than 3% of the population have clearly articulated goals in their personal life. If that is true at home it is probably also true at work. Based on the best-selling book The Goal Tender, this program teaches people to effectively set goals both at work and at home in order to lead a more satisfying and successful life. Based on the training that we provide, we find that many people would like to set goals but don’t really know how to go about doing it. This program gives people the step-by-step processes they need in order to be effective in setting goals.

  • To discuss and realize the benefits of effective goal setting

  • To understand why goals are much more effective when they are in writing as opposed to being verbal

  • To try to change people’s mindsets about goals and the idea behind limitations

  • To discuss and learn how to make goals measurable

  • To examine and look at how to surround yourself with people and processes to support your goals and objectives
